Join us this summer for a vibrant exhibition celebrating the creativity of Sheffield artists. Featuring a diverse collection of contemporary artworks across a range of media, the exhibition showcases the breadth of talent within the city's creative community. Works will be available for sale. Alongside the exhibition, a selection of ceramic work by members of The Art House Open Studio will be on display, offering a glimpse into the rich and varied practice of our resident makers.
Browse a wide selection of handmade ceramics created by members of The Art House Open Studio. The sale features everything from functional tableware and mugs to decorative vessels and one-of-a-kind sculptural pieces. A chance to support local makers, our charitable wellbeing work and discover unique, handcrafted pottery for everyday use or display.
(Please note that the Summer Exhibition will be closed for a fortnight between 3rd August - 15th August)
Information for exhibiting artists:
We accept all art forms: painting, mixed media, sculpture, ceramics, drawing, collage, mosaic, textiles, digital print and more. All ages and skill levels welcome.
£15 per artist, 1 - 3 pieces can be entered per £15
Art work should be framed and ready to hang. Please note we cannot hang pictures in clip frames. Maximum size of art work = A1.
All art work should be clearly marked with the artists name, name of piece and the price. If a piece is not for sale please mark it as such.
Please note: we cannot keep packaging, boxes or bags used to deliver you art work. Please take these with you after dropping off you work at reception as we cannot store them due to fire regulations.
Information for Art House Open Studio Members:
Free entry is included in your membership. 3 piece maximum per potter. All pieces should be clearly marked with your name, title of work and price. Please note, as above we cannot store any packaging materials for you during the exhibition.
Delivery/Collection of work:
Please deliver your pieces to reception and ring the bell for attention. The arthouse will apply an item code to your piece on delivery and we will double check your personal contact details and ask that you provide a signature to agree all information.
Drop off date = Monday 29th June 10:00 - 20:00.
Collection date = Monday 7th September 10:00 - 20:00.
