Come and celebrate 10 years of The Art House charity on Friday 8th August at 6pm

We will be unveiling a wall of handcrafted tiles created by our Monday Morning Pottery Wellbeing Group to mark this great occasion, a decade of the city’s most unique arts hub.

Our Pottery studios and Art studio will be open to wander around, and we will have two exhibitions by local artisans in the main and lower gallery’s. Music, Food and Drink throughout the evening.

The Art House has provided pottery and art courses in the middle of Sheffield city centre for a decade. This unique arts hub delivers pottery and art courses for all and supports people living with mental health conditions with their wellbeing classes and workshops.

Their large Pottery studios have a range of short and long courses with an opportunity to become an Open Studio Member, giving access to resources and staff.

The Art Studio has a number of local artists and tutors teaching a range of practices through workshops and courses. On top of all of this there are two galleries where national, regional and local artists exhibit.

Not many city centre spaces can boast about having two galleries, pottery studios, an art studio, courses, classes, workshops, wellbeing groups, and events. The Art House can, a special charity in the heart of the city of Sheffield. Come celebrate with us as we hit our 10th anniversary.
