Photography is a form of creativity that is open to everybody. Whether we use the a phone or a DSLR camera, we can all create beautiful, startling images. But frequently we are disappointed with the results. Mindfulness training teaches us to be really present with our experience and to look at the world through fresh eyes and, by doing so, produce images that are fresh and surprising. In this workshop we’ll do some very simple mindfulness practices followed by a photo assignment on the city streets. Suitable for everyone whether or nor you have previous experience of mindfulness or photography.
