Join us for family friendly creative sessions at the Art House, where your child can enjoy quality hands-on making activities during the school holidays.
Under 8s must be accompanied in the studio/classroom for the activity (unless stated otherwise)

If you want to participate with your child/ren (regardless of age) then please book yourself a place.
In order for us to keep costs as low as possible, we ask that parents of over 8’s do not stay in the classroom unless they have booked a place themselves.  This is so the classroom does not get over crowded as this can have a detrimental effect on the tuition and on the enjoyment of the participants.

Parents of over 8’s who want to stay in the building can enjoy free Wifi in our café.

Parents of under 18’s: please let us know (in advance if possible) if you will be leaving your child under the supervision of staff at The Art House, and ensure that we have your contact details in case of emergency.

How to book: To book and pay please click on the preferred course link below or ring the office (Tel: 0114 – 2723970) and we can take your payment. By doing so you confirm that you have read and agree to our payment terms and conditions, cancellation, refunds and privacy policy set out at the bottom of the page.

Make a soft slab pot and add your wild imagination to produce a silly face or wild animal.  Use as an amazing container! You could even add grassy hair!

Give it as a gift, or keep for yourself.

Payments: All courses or workshops must be fully paid in advance and all major cheques, cash and credit/debit cards are acceptable methods of payment.

Payment by cheque: To pay by cheque please click here to download a booking form and send back with a cheque made payable to “St Matthews House Ltd”. You can also drop in Monday-Friday from 11am-3pm to pay in person.

Cancellation and refunds: If you wish to cancel your place on a course you must do so at least 14 days before the course starts in order to receive a full refund. Cancellation must be made in writing or email. If you require a refund we will charge £15 administrative fee. Alternatively you may transfer your booking to another course free of charge.

If you cancel your place within 14 days of commencement you will only receive a refund of 50% course fee.

If we are forced to cancel a course then you will receive a full refund with no administrative fee deducted.
